ManageTyping (managetyping.com) is run by Managenow Limited (trading as ManageTyping), company number CRO 724246, registered office 83 Castlecurragh Heath, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15, D15 T3P6, Ireland. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

ManageTyping is a touch-typing practice platform. Some of it is free without paying: the typing test and its certificate, the first module of every programme, two Quest lands and five of the For Kids games. The rest needs a ManageTyping Full Access subscription.

The lessons are educational content. They are not professional, tax or legal advice.

Anyone can create an account. You need one to save progress, view your certificates or subscribe. Give us accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

If you are under 16, you may use ManageTyping only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and any payment must be made by an adult. When a learner under 16 signs up, we ask a parent or guardian to confirm their consent. Payments must always be made by an adult. See our Privacy notice for how children's data is handled.

Full Access unlocks everything on the site. It costs €19.99 a month or €119.99 a year. Managenow Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the full amount you pay.

Welcome offer. If you subscribe to the monthly plan within 7 days of creating your account, the first month costs €9.99. The offer is available once per account. After the first month the normal monthly price applies.

Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe from the payment method you gave. Stripe also sends you a receipt and a reminder before an annual renewal.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (it opens the Stripe Customer Portal). You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Price changes. If we change the price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies only from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

Starting straight away. Access starts as soon as you pay, at your request. Access starts immediately at your request, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once access begins. Our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you the same 14 days anyway.

If you bought an individual module before Full Access launched, you keep access to it.

You can print a certificate when you finish a typing test or module. It reflects the practice recorded on your account. It is a record of practice, not an accredited qualification, and it is not invigilated or independently verified.

Use the service honestly. Please do not falsify your recorded progress, share your account with others, copy or resell the content, or interfere with the platform or other users. If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account.

The platform, its lessons and its typing method belong to Managenow Limited (trading as ManageTyping) or its licensors. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while it is active. It does not give you ownership or the right to redistribute them.

Our programmes are original practice material. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for study materials from any professional or examining body.

We work to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve, add or change lessons and features. If we remove something that is a material part of Full Access, we will tell you, and you may cancel at any time.

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other Irish and EU consumer law, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for problems caused by your device, browser or internet connection. If you use ManageTyping for business rather than as a consumer, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts can hear disputes. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects your rights or your subscription in a material way, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
