Refund Policy

Try ManageTyping Full Access with confidence. If it is not for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of:

• the first payment of your subscription, or
• an annual renewal.

Write to office@managetyping.com from the email address on your account and we will refund the payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Cancel from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Access starts immediately at your request, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once access begins. Our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you the same 14 days anyway. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected. For example, if the service is faulty or not as described, or you were charged in error, you remain entitled to a remedy.

A refund goes back to the original payment method, through Stripe. Refunds typically reach you within 5 to 10 business days. Once a refund is made, your Full Access ends.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. It is almost always quicker to sort out with us directly.
